The TP-Link TL-MR105 is a compact 4G LTE router designed to provide fast and reliable internet access wherever a compatible mobile network is available. Simply insert a Nano SIM card and the integrated 4G LTE modem provides wireless connectivity without requiring a fixed broadband connection.

With 300Mbps Wireless N on the 2.4GHz band, the TL-MR105 can share a 3G/4G connection with up to 32 wireless devices simultaneously. It also includes two Ethernet ports, allowing wired devices such as desktop computers to connect directly to the network.

The router supports a wide range of LTE and 3G frequency bands and can also operate as a traditional wireless router by connecting an Ethernet cable to its LAN/WAN port. This makes it a practical solution for homes, remote work, temporary installations and locations where fixed internet services are unavailable.

The TL-MR105 supports multiple mobile network bands, including:

Network Management

The TL-MR105 provides a range of management functions for controlling and monitoring the network. Features include DHCP server and client management, address reservation, port forwarding, UPnP, DMZ, Dynamic DNS, system logs, firmware upgrades and diagnostic tools.

It can also be managed through a compatible mobile app, while web-based management is available through HTTP/HTTPS.

Important Notes

A Nano SIM card is required and is not included with the router. 4G performance and maximum download speeds depend on the mobile network, carrier, signal strength, network congestion and other environmental factors.

The TL-MR105 operates on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only and does not provide 5GHz wireless connectivity. The advertised 300Mbps figure represents the maximum theoretical Wireless N link rate rather than guaranteed internet throughput.
